From the east side of Highway One you can appreciate the vastness of 66 agriculturally zoned acres, replete with pond. This land is zoned for much lower taxes than Prop 13 guidelines as it is in Williamson Act if you maintain it as a ranch or farm.

The Coastal Mountains to the east offer as much beauty in a pastoral way as the ocean offers drama to the west.
